Purpose of the role:

In-depth knowledge and interest in functioning of Stock exchanges and clearing Corporation along with adequate stock market Product Knowledge is a Must have. Profile will be focusing on Clearing, Settlement and Risk management aspects. Expert in Written and Oral Communication. Candidates should be able to interact effortlessly with Retail and Institutional Brokers, Regulators and also with Senior Management.

 

Proficient leadership and team management skills including the ability effectively delegate and develop the team. Familiarity with emerging trends, recent changes in the securities market functioning and regulatory guidelines is a plus. Candidates from similar profiles will be preferred.

Conducting Periodic Member Interactive Sessions: Conduct periodic meetings with Members on Company's services and seek feedback and work on them.

Integrating the responses and efforts of different internal departments to cater to member needs. Work on Circular issuance, FAQ preparations and other relevant documentations.

Team Management for Support services: Candidate should understand the chain of Operations in the Clearing Corporation domain and should ensure the team is effectively co-ordinating to avoid escalation from members.

Handholding NCL Member interface related Transactional, Technical, and simulation related queries. Data extraction and review of Data along with periodic MIS reporting to Senior Management.

Documentation, Reporting and presentation:  Model documentation, reporting, preparation of presentations for internal/external stakeholders. Drafting FAQ, Help Guide and taking Sessions for team at large.

  Note: Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.

 

  Educational Qualifications: Essential – CA/MBA in Finance/Business. Exposure to Stock Market Operations / Institutional Broking / Exchange Operations.

  Role Requirement: Strong Communication & Inter-personal Skills.
